Appian Architect

As an Appian Architect at the company, your role will involve utilizing your 12+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years specifically as an Appian Architect. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and supporting applications using Appian - Creating architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features - Leading end-to-end technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of Appian applications - Developing data model designs, SQL Queries, and/or Stored Procedures - Leading and participating in technical and operations reviews to share knowledge with teammates - Organizing and tracking progress and maintaining documentation using Document repositories - Building and sharing reusable components Mandatory skills for this role include: - Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements - Working on enhancements, change requests from LOB - Collaborating and mentoring junior resources - Working independently on tasks - Adhering to, conducting, and participating in standard agile processes - Being willing to provide support after office hours if needed - Following the release management code deployment process to migrate code changes Desired skills for this position are: - Holding an Engineering degree or a Degree in IT/Computer Applications - Having very good knowledge in Software Development - Possessing extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Having work exposure in Agile projects and a good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA - Exhibiting strong communication skills and the capability to deal with business & Global counterparts independently - Having an attitude to learn new technologies and work on new projects - Being flexible to handle adhoc requests and agile projects Should you have any further questions or require additional information, please feel free to reach out.
