Appian Architect

• 12+ years of experience in IT in telecom across different SDLC phases like design and development
• 4+ years of experience in telecom plan and build solutions with at least 2+ years experience as Appian architect • Strong understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns, and deployment strategies. • Experience in telecom domain processes such as service provisioning, plan and build workflow and inventory management • Proficiency in Appian objects: Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, and Integrations. • Hands-on experience with implementing complex workflows, records, interfaces, and integrations. • Hands-on experience with Appian plug-ins, Web APIs and integration with REST/SOAP services. • Experience with Appian plug-ins, SAIL scripting, and Appian RPA is a plus. • Knowledge of BPMN, process optimization, and workflow automation • Collaborate with business analyst, SME and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Appian solutions. • Translate complex telecom workflows into Appian process models, records, and interfaces. • Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Appian-based BPM solutions for telecom business processes • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP) • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Certifications will be a plus : Appian Certified Solution Architect (highly preferred), Appian Lead Developer or Senior Developer certification
