Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Store Manager with 23 years of retail experience to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, fashion-forward, and able to build strong relationships with both customers and staff. Proficiency in English with working knowledge of Hindi and Kannada will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities including opening, closing, housekeeping, and display management.
Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless shopping experience, handle queries, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Team Management: Supervise sales staff, assign duties, conduct training, and motivate the team to meet sales goals.
Sales & Targets: Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain store aesthetics and product displays in line with brand guidelines.
Inventory Control: Manage stock, ensure accurate billing, and minimize shrinkage.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Promotions: Execute in-store campaigns, offers, and new collection launches.
