Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven app growth strategies to drive monthly active users (MAU) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Own and optimize
App Store Optimization (ASO)
for Google Play and Apple App Store (metadata, creatives, keyword rankings, ratings & reviews).
Plan, execute, and scale paid
User Acquisition (UA)
campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, SDK networks, ad exchanges, and other mobile channels.
Analyze campaign performance using
AppsFlyer
,
Firebase Analytics
, and
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to optimize onboarding funnels, in-app user behavior, and retention strategies.
Monitor, report, and communicate key metrics and trends to leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.
Ensure growth activities align with overall performance and brand objectives.
