The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials or sanitaryware, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to lead channel partners and field sales teams to achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, and bathroom/kitchen fittings across retail, wholesale, and project channels. Appoint and manage channel partners, dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to drive project sales. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide product training and support to channel partners and field staff. Ensure effective display and branding of products at dealer counters and retail outlets. Monitor inventory levels and order placements with distributors. Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and feedback with senior management. Ensure timely collections and credit control in coordination with the finance team. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in sanitaryware, kitchen hardware, or building materials sales. Proven track record in channel sales and dealer management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior in the region. Proficient in MS Office, Willingness to travel extensively within the territory. Prior experience with brands in sanitaryware, faucets, tiles, or modular kitchen segment. Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the assigned area. Roles and Responsibilities 1. CCTV SystemsDesign, install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems (IP/Analog). Perform site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and coverage. Handle DVR/NVR installation, configuration, and integration with networks. Ensure proper cabling, termination, and testing for CCTV systems. Troubleshoot CCTV faults (camera issues, recording failures, power/network problems). Maintain system documentation, layouts, and equipment details. 2. Structured Cabling (Passive Network Infrastructure)Plan, design, and implement structured cabling solutions for voice and data networks. Install and manage copper (Cat6, Cat6A) and fiber optic cabling systems. Perform patch panel termination, cable dressing, labeling, and testing as per standards (TIA/EIA). Conduct cable certification tests and ensure compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with civil/electrical teams for containment, conduits, and rack installations. 3. Active NetworkingConfigure, install, and maintain active network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless APs). Support LAN/WAN setup, VLAN configurations, IP addressing, and routing protocols. Manage and monitor network performance, uptime, and security. Troubleshoot connectivity issues between active and passive components. Support network expansions, migrations, and upgrades. 4. General ResponsibilitiesWork closely with project managers and clients for requirement gathering and implementation. Maintain up-to-date documentation (network diagrams, as-built drawings, cable layouts). Adhere to safety standards and quality assurance during installations. Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer where required. Ensure timely project execution and handover with proper reports and sign-offs.

Visit corporate offices on a daily basis (10+ visits per day). Promote and present the app to HR managers, decision-makers, and employees. Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features & benefits. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales & promotion targets. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with corporates. Collect feedback from clients and share insights with the team. Submit daily visit & sales reports to the manager.
