API Non-Regulatory Overseas Sales

As an experienced candidate looking to join our team, you will be responsible for the development of our company's overseas API non-regulatory business. You should be able to independently develop customers, complete orders, fulfill sales tasks, and create a favorable sales environment through various means to establish a good corporate image. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing an overall sales plan aligned with the company's business objectives. - Formulating and adjusting sales plans (strategies) and promotional plans (strategies) based on the sales plan, and following up on their implementation. - Conducting research on the industry, customers, and market environment to analyze sales potential, and developing sales development plans, annual plans, and sales strategic plans. - Leading market development, product sales, and customer relationship maintenance, and providing excellent after-sales service. - Establishing comprehensive customer files, defining sales work processes and standards, and effectively controlling the sales rhythm and process. - Coordinating customer disputes, providing long-term after-sales service, and engaging in market planning and promotional activities. To qualify for this role, you should: - Hold a bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as medicine, biology, or chemistry. - Have more than 5 years of experience in API non-regulatory business. - Possess good professional ethics and personal qualities, strong work enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility. - Be diligent in thinking and analyzing problems, excel in communication, and be able to handle work pressure effectively. - Demonstrate good communication, coordination, and execution abilities, possess an active mind, and exhibit a strong team spirit.
