Key Responsibilities: - Process invoices with PO & Non-PO requirements - Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports - Plan production daily and allocate inflow volume efficiently - Utilize Excel reports including Pivot tables, formulas, formatting, and data cleansing - Resolve queries such as wrong postings, reversals, and corrections - Support team members in processing corrections by providing guidance - Ensure frequent review of SOPs and incorporate latest updates post-client approval - Research and complete compliance reports for control areas defined by the client - Utilize multiple systems and process documentation to complete tasks - Respond to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit, or business units - Work on multiple ERP systems and handle manual intensive tasks - Manage helpdesk queries and handle exceptions like block invoices - Maintain 100% accuracy in invoice processing and monthly reports - Report taxes accurately while processing region-specific invoices - Understanding of Helpdesk operations would be advantageous Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - University graduate in any discipline Preferred qualifications/skills: - Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration - Relevant work experience in AP, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry - Practical knowledge of SAP/Coupa and Reporting/Service Now preferred - Excellent time management, planning skills, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities - Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals,
