Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate, program, and maintain AOI machines (2D / 3D).
Develop and optimize AOI programs based on Gerber data and component placement.
Perform inspection, defect classification, and false call reduction.
Analyze AOI results and share daily defect / quality reports.
Ensure inspection accuracy as per
IPC-A-610
and internal quality standards.
Coordinate with
production, SMT, and QA teams
to address process defects.
Conduct machine calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Support process improvement and yield enhancement initiatives.
Maintain inspection documentation and AOI records in MES / Excel.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation.
Experience:
15 years in AOI inspection within SMT / PCB Assembly line.
Preferred Exposure:
Koh Young / Omron / CyberOptics / Yamaha AOI systems.
