Role & responsibilities Operate, program, and maintain AOI machines (2D / 3D). Develop and optimize AOI programs based on Gerber data and component placement. Perform inspection, defect classification, and false call reduction. Analyze AOI results and share daily defect / quality reports. Ensure inspection accuracy as per IPC-A-610 and internal quality standards. Coordinate with production, SMT, and QA teams to address process defects.
