Role Overview: As an International KYC Analyst at our global banking operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting KYC due diligence for international clients, validating client documentation, and performing periodic reviews to uphold global AML and CFT standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to facilitate client onboarding processes and risk assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct KYC due diligence for international clients such as corporates, financial institutions, and individuals. - Review and validate client documentation according to global regulatory standards. - Perform periodic and event-driven KYC refreshes to maintain compliance. - Identify and escalate high-risk cases to compliance and senior stakeholders promptly. - Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates in internal systems. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Legal, and Relationship Managers. Qualification Required: - Graduation is mandatory for this role. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in international KYC processes is required. - A CIBIL score above 670 is a must-have qualification. Additional Details: The work schedule for this position entails a 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs. The shift coverage is 24/7, with employees expected to work any 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break. Additionally, a two-way cab facility is provided for all shifts to ensure convenience for employees.
