Role & responsibilities

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
8–15 years of relevant industry experience with progressive technical ownership.
5+ years of hands-on development experience and proven SME capabilities in developing Ansible playbooks, Jenkins, Shell, Groovy, roles and templates on Ansible Automation Platform.
Strong understanding of how to leverage AAP features to automate and govern a large/enterprise server estate.
Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and common platform modules.
Proficient in Python with practical experience building automation libraries and RESTful APIs; exposure to Java Spring Boot APIs is advantageous.
Advanced skills in developing and testing automation using Ansible Playbooks and integrating with Jenkins or equivalent via API calls.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines , Nexus, SAST / DSAST, deployment tooling , code management at scale using GitHub or equivalent.
Experience working with Agile practices and toolsets including JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work with and coordinate across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
Experience authoring scripts in PowerShell and Bash and a practical understanding of server OS internals.
