Job Description

Role Overview

hands-on Angular Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of

    enterprise-grade Angular applications

  • Define

    frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices

  • Mentor and review code for junior and mid-level developers
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate

    RESTful / GraphQL APIs

  • Drive performance optimization, security, and accessibility standards
  • Own UI technical decisions and contribute to

    release planning

  • Work in

    Agile/Scrum

    environments and participate in sprint ceremonies

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Angular (v10+)

  • Deep understanding of

    TypeScript, RxJS, Angular CLI

  • Experience with

    HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

  • Expertise in

    state management

    (NgRx / Akita / Redux patterns)
  • Integration with

    REST APIs / JSON

  • Unit testing using

    Jasmine, Karma, Jest

  • Experience with

    Git, CI/CD pipelines

  • Good understanding of

    browser performance and security best practices

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to

    AngularJS (migration experience preferred)

  • Full-stack exposure with

    Node.js / Java / .NET APIs

  • Experience with

    Micro-frontend architecture

  • UI frameworks:

    Material, PrimeNG, Bootstrap

  • Knowledge of

    Docker, Kubernetes

    (frontend deployments)
  • Cloud exposure:

    AWS / Azure / GCP

  • Experience leading teams or acting as

    feature/module owner.
