Angular Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead - Frontend (Angular) to be a part of our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and maintainable code. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and advocating for best practices in front-end development. If you possess a deep understanding of Angular, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies, we are excited to learn more about you. In this role, your key responsibilities will include leading the frontend development team to uphold code quality, performance, and best practices. You will be designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and optimization techniques, while maintaining a focus on performance optimization and accessibility. Writing and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end tests will also be crucial to ensure application stability. Collaboration with designers, backend developers, and product managers for design discussions and requirement gathering is an essential aspect of the role. Providing technical mentorship and guidance to the team, staying updated with the latest frontend development trends, and implementing improvements accordingly are also key responsibilities. Working closely with DevOps teams to facilitate smooth deployments and monitor frontend application health, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex UI issues and performance bottlenecks, will be part of your regular tasks. To be successful in this role, you should possess 6+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong emphasis on Angular (latest versions). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required, along with experience in state management libraries such as NgRx, Akita, etc. A solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications, expertise in writing unit tests (Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end tests (Cypress, Protractor, etc.), and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services are necessary skills. Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control best practices is vital. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and mentor developers are also important attributes for this role.,
