Responsibilities
● Own front-end architecture, ensuring maintainability, performance, and scalability.
● Define UI/UX guidelines, coding standards, and testing strategies.
● Oversee Angular upgrade plans, tech debt management, and library selection (AG Grid, Material, etc.).
● Lead team on feature delivery, code reviews, branching strategy, and release management.
● Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, DevOps, and QA to align deliverables.
● Design CI/CD flows and AWS infrastructure decisions affecting front-end delivery.
● Drive hiring, mentoring, and career development of Angular engineers.
Requirements
● Expert in Angular internals, architecture, and enterprise-scale SPA best practices.
● Proven leadership of multi-developer Angular teams.
● Strong background in testing culture (unit, integration, E2E automation).
● Experience designing scalable cloud deployments (CloudFront, S3, load balancers, caching strategies).
● Strong grasp of Agile tooling (Jira) and Git strategy (Bitbucket, branching models, code reviews).
