Your Impact

As a Software Developer – Android, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Android solutions that support multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-brand environments. You will contribute to establishing full-stack frameworks, ensure adherence to development standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable, and innovative mobile applications.

Your Role Will Include:

1. Prototyping, designing, and developing Android solutions including multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-brand integrations.

2. Partnering with stakeholders and end users to translate high-level specifications into enhanced mobile application solutions.

3. Driving continuous improvement in development processes, coding standards, and quality assurance.

4. Collaborating with product owners to develop multi-generation software technology plans. Americana Internal

5. Working directly with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.

6. Communicating effectively with team members and leadership to ensure clarity on goals, direction, and results.

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as architecture, backend integration, UX, visual design, and QA for seamless delivery.

What You Bring:

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Android software product development and delivery.

2. At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with Kotlin.

3. 2+ years of experience in Java, with expertise in developing scalable apps.

4. Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

5. Strong proficiency in building enterprise-grade Android applications.

6. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), software design patterns, and full-stack coding principles.

7. Hands-on experience with source version control, unit testing, MVVM architecture, REST APIs, and Android components.

8. Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns for scalable app development.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical topics clearly.
