Roles And Responsibilities

• Act as the companys public face at on-site events, property launches, and digital campaigns, engaging both live audiences and online viewers.
• Prepare and deliver scripts that highlight the unique selling points of plotted layouts and prime real estate offerings.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute successful property promotions and brand campaigns.
• Take charge of live social media sessions, property walkthroughs, and Q&A interactions to boost awareness and encourage potential investments.
• Stay updated with local market trends and competitive activities to ensure messaging is relevant and impactful.
• Conduct interviews with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to collect testimonials or insights for content creation.
• Provide timely feedback and reporting after each event or campaign to help refine future strategies and engagement methods.
