Analytics Manager

As an Analytics Manager specializing in Power BI, Python, and Tableau within the Insurance Domain, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Power BI dashboards. Additionally, you will lead data-driven projects from initiation to execution, managing timelines, resources, and risks effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in data analysis and 2 years in a managerial or leadership position. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI is required. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management, along with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, are essential. Effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, proven experience in managing and growing a team of data professionals, strong project management skills, and domain knowledge in insurance will be advantageous for this role.
