- Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemical analysis laboratory, with at least 1 year handling ICP‑OES.
- Proven proficiency with lab instrumentation, method development, and data interpretation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical findings clearly.

- Experience with EPA, ASTM, or ISO analytical methods.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, DOE).
