Job Description

Lowes Services India Private limited is looking for Analyst_Online Operations to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement in online operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer experience.
Design and execute experiments to test new processes and procedures.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and metrics.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to design and execute experiments and tests to validate new processes.
Strong understanding of online operations principles and practices, with experience in a similar role.
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL and Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
