Analyst Trainee - Fundraising (Debt + Equity)

We are hiring an Analyst Trainee for our Fundraising Assistance vertical (Debt + Equity).

The role involves supporting mid-sized companies in raising capital through banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, VCs/PEs, family offices, and strategic investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial models (3-statement, projections, debt schedules).
• Prepare pitch decks and Information Memorandums (IMs).
• Conduct industry & competitor research.
• Assist in due diligence and data room creation.
• Prepare CMA reports, cash flow analysis & credit assessment.
• Coordinate with investors, lenders, and internal teams.
• Support promoter wealth structuring and treasury-related tasks.
• Create presentations, teasers, and deal summaries.

Who Should Apply:

• Fresh grads or 0–1 year experience in finance.
• Strong Excel, basic accounting, and research skills.
• Strong presentations skills and ability to make compelling pitchdecks.
• Interest in investment banking, corporate finance, or private markets.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
