Job Description

1. 1-3 years in international BPO

2. Order Management background

3. Support experience in Sales and/or Marketing domains

4. Familiarity with STS Order and Content Management Systems

5. Strong verbal and written communication

Multi-tasking, stakeholder engagement, and real-time problem-solving

13 years of experience in product catalog or digital content management.
100% Onsite work 5 days a week (No Remote)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and content management systems.
Hands-on experience managing large-scale product data & resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining a high standard of service.
Essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, self-driven and motivated with key focus on target achievement, whilst ensuring team success
Attention to detail is essential, with good administrative skills, multi-tasking capabilities and good at prioritizing workload
Stake holder management & engagement skills & real-time problem-solving skill
Basic knowledge of Dell system families and core computer components.
