Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the coordination of quarterly updates to qualitative and quantitative data within the proposal management tool and materials library. Your role will involve supporting content management by updating language, maintaining integrity and quality, and removing outdated or duplicate entries. Additionally, you will update personnel data across multiple files, assist in populating personnel tables, maintain biographies in the content database, create and maintain automated templates for strategies and key exhibits, and collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage quarterly updates to data in the proposal management tool and materials library - Assist in library maintenance and content management by updating language and removing outdated entries - Update personnel data and assist in populating personnel tables for RFPs and DDQs - Maintain biographies in the content database - Create and maintain automated templates for strategies and key exhibits - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for responses - Review quantitative information for accuracy - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is up to date - Support special projects for the RFP Team - Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's products and investment strategies - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Finance, General Business, or Management - 4+ years of financial industry experience in investor operations or reporting - Knowledge of due diligence questionnaires and RFP processes - Process and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research solutions - Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments - Comfortable working with detailed firm data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Word, Excel, PDF formatting - Desire to work in a collaborative team environment - Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines - Experience with Salesforce reporting and PowerBI is a plus - Proficiency in proposal management software is preferred Please note that there is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity, and applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.,
