Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform

    market value reconciliation

    for internal OTC derivatives trades (interest rates, credit, FX, and equity products).
  • Execute

    revenue reconciliation

    for the same derivative trades to ensure consistency in accounting records.
  • Reconcile

    market value and P&L differences

    between General Ledger and Sub Ledger.
  • Handle

    month-end close activities

    for internal OTC derivative trades.
  • Troubleshoot reconciliation issues and escalate critical items to management and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Valuation Control, Legal Entity Controllers, and Finance teams for issue resolution.
  • Prepare and manage

    KRI (Key Risk Indicator)

    reports for ISG Finance Governance forums.
  • Lead or participate in

    cross-functional projects

    focused on improving internal trade control processes and reporting.
  • Develop expertise in

    derivative products

    and related accounting/booking systems.


Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience

    in

    Product Control

    ,

    Derivatives

    ,

    P&L Analysis

    , and

    Accounting

    (including General Ledger and Sub-Ledger).
  • Strong understanding of

    fixed income products

    including bonds, swaps, forwards, futures, and options.
  • Sound knowledge of

    accounting principles

    related to financial instruments.
  • Advanced skills in

    MS Excel

    ; proficiency with other MS Office tools is a plus.


Good to Have:

  • Awareness of

    global financial markets and instruments

    .
  • Experience working in

    investment banking or financial services

    domain.
