About The Role Looking for people with 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking domain having experience in derivatives instruments. Working experience with Fund Administrator and experience of reconciling cash & positions, focus on building and maintaining quality and control systems Working along with onshore for multiple regulatory reporting requirements, Preparation and reporting of withholding statements for tax purposes, Work with CPO’s, IM’s, Administrators, Clients, Vendors, located globally. Reconciliation of Cash and Positions, sweep accounts & Review of bank balances, Work on different fee calculations related to a Hedge Fund, MUST HAVE SKILL SET 1-3 Years of experience in Hedge Fund Accounting or Fund Administration experience or reconciliation, Understanding of SWFIT MT’s 103 & 202, Understanding of Hedge Funds and pooled investment vehicles, Good understanding of financial instruments and accounting concepts, Knowledge of financials statements – P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Ability to streamline processes, work with tech team on automation and contribute effectively to testing. Good communication, email writing and interpersonal skills. EDUCATION Bachelors / master’s degree specialization in Finance or Accounting is must, CA/CFA/CPA/CMA pursuing/ just completed is an added advantage.
