Problem-SolvingIdentifying and defining problems that need to be addressed.Using analytical frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis, root cause analysis) to explore potentialsolutions.Creating hypotheses and testing them through data or experiments.3. Reporting and CommunicationPresenting findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format (reports, dashboards, presentations).Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Supporting decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.4. Critical Thinking and ReasoningBreaking down complex issues into smaller, manageable components.Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions.Challenging assumptions and approaching problems from multiple angles.5. Forecasting and Predictive AnalysisAnalyzing historical data to predict future trends (e.g., sales forecasts, market growthpredictions).Using statistical methods or machine learning models to generate insights or projections.6.
