Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibility Area (E.g. Growth/Talent Pipeline, Staffing Model, Compensation Model Performance Management Tracking, etc.)

Implement OPEX Standards

  • Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures in line with the OPEX standards
  • Orient self with thorough understanding of OPEX standards
  • Review the current procedures and standardize as per the OPEX requirements
  • Oversee the progress to ensure the processes are on track
  • Perform audits on various operational metrics, report the audit findings and provide necessary support on the knowledge front

MIS Reporting

  • Should have a strong foundation knowledge of excel
  • Ability to create and track reports around Average Handling Time, Efficiency and Utilization
  • Ability to create reports around payroll, budgeting and incentive coverage
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong logical and analytical skillsets

Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to connect with different teams within SDU to implement the OPEX standardized procedures
  • Should have knowledge around pricing strategies and analysis
  • Ensuring project delivery on time and tracking project deliverables closely

Training & Assessment

  • Facilitate training sessions on OPEX standards to new hires / newly promoted staff (TL & above)
  • Perform necessary assessments to gauge understanding of the concepts learnt during the training
  • Support projects pertaining to conversion of training modules from offline to online mode
  • Design and implement training programs basis specific need identified for SDU

Competencies, Skills and Behaviors

  • Proven work experience in Operations and MIS Reporting
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with business analytic tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel functions, Sorting of statistics along with other MS office applications
  • Has thorough understanding of operational metrics involved in Insurance processing
  • Has performed performance / data audits for team/s
  • Understand data / reporting related challenges and provide appropriate solutions
  • Work cohesively with the team and support as appropriate to achieve common goal
  • Provide training on identified topics and conduct necessary assessments
