Analyst Legal Entity Control

Role Overview: As an Analyst in the Legal Entity Control team, you will be responsible for interacting with multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of legal entity controllership. Your role will involve collaborating with line of business finance teams, operations, and the Legal Entity Controller community to advance the Legal Entity agenda. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct legal entity accounting & control tasks, such as managing the month-end close process, parent/child accounting, and equity pick-up - Monitor the monthly consolidation of income statement and balance sheet - Perform month-end analytical reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, prepare various reports, and contribute to the Monthly Controllers Book and financial commentary - Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules, and execute control procedures to uphold the integrity of reported financial results - Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, and support ad-hoc requests for financial information from various departments - Review and confirm periodic financial and non-financial appendices for Resolution & Recovery - Reconcile numerous general ledger accounts for balance accuracy Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Effective verbal and written communication abilities - Comfortable interacting with business partners and building relationships - Ability to critically challenge to identify control issues - Demonstrate initiative, work independently, and keep stakeholders informed of key issues - Manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Quick learning ability and proficiency in navigating various reporting systems and tools,
