Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Analyst L3 with 3-5 years of experience in Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance.
Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their testing skills.
Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools is desirable.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Skills: Testing.
