Role Overview: As an Analyst - Java Full Stack at ArcelorMittal, you will be a part of the IT team within the Customer Portal Domain. Your main responsibility will be to provide proactive and analytical support in the day-to-day operations of IT systems, resolving user-reported issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Continuously monitor system health, performance, and availability using standard monitoring tools. - Identify, investigate, and respond to system alerts and incidents to maintain system uptime and service continuity. - Manage and resolve user tickets logged via ServiceNow within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). - Categorize, prioritize, and track incidents, requests, and problems. - Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and contribute to problem management. - Propose technical solutions to improve system stability and collaborate with delivery teams for proper implementation. - Work closely with project teams, developers, and support functions to ensure cross-functional alignment. - Provide input on system improvements, configuration, and participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new systems or functionalities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience in a BAU / operations support role in IT environments. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management. - Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with monitoring tools, Java ecosystem, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, and relational database design. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, both technical and non-technical. - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Experience with software development lifecycle and best practices.
