Analyst - Java & Angular

As an Analyst - Java Full Stack, your primary responsibility will be to support Legacy Information Systems by ensuring performance, user support, and budget management. You will also drive the evolution of these systems to align with new business requirements and promote innovation and transformation within the organization. Your role will involve monitoring and managing IT-systems within the Customer Portal Domain, resolving user-reported issues through ServiceNow, and actively contributing to system enhancements and process improvements. You will play a crucial part in maintaining service continuity, conducting root cause analysis, proposing technical solutions, and collaborating with project delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring & Incident Management: Keep a close eye on system health, performance, and availability, respond to alerts and incidents promptly, and escalate critical issues as necessary. - ServiceNow Ticket Handling: Manage user tickets, categorize and prioritize incidents, requests, and problems, and maintain updated documentation for issue resolution. - Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management: Identify recurring incidents, document root causes, and contribute to problem management by proposing workarounds or permanent fixes. - Technical Proposal & Implementation: Recommend technical solutions, collaborate with delivery teams for implementation, and ensure alignment with ongoing projects and system architecture. - Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, provide input on system improvements, and participate in knowledge transfer sessions. We are looking for individuals who are analytical, solution-oriented, and possess a blend of business acumen and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, experience in IT operations support roles, proficiency in ServiceNow, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes. Additionally, you should have solid technical skills in Java, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, and relational databases, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Desirable qualifications include experience with CI/CD practices, Azure DevOps, scripting, automation, and geographically distributed collaboration.
