Job Description

Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Analyst II, Global Procurement Solutions to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

"Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize procurement processes globally, leveraging best practices and automation tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Systems Implementation: Assist in the implementation and enhancement of procurement systems and technologies, including e-procurement platforms, contract management systems, and supplier management tools
Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize procurement operations
Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into procurement performance, track key metrics, and communicate insights to stakeholders
Supplier Management: Support the supplier onboarding process, maintain supplier databases, and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate supplier performance and compliance against contractual agreements
Process Documentation: Document procurement processes, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, and providing training and support to end-users as needed
Project Management: Manage procurement-related projects and initiatives from inception to completion, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and tracking of milestones and deliverables
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function, soliciting feedback, implementing process enhancements, and monitoring outcomes to drive ongoing performance improvement
