Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title - Analyst - Hub MonitoringFunction/ Department - Retail Assets

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor real time dashboards, alerts and triggers for bottlenecks within pods (ex. shifts, movement of queues)
Take proactive actions to resolve the bottlenecks and enable agile-decision making
Hub level shift planning; Execute interactive simulation model and implement daily recommendations on shifts based on the simulator
Manage manual interventions required at hub/pod level along with the Hub manager
Liaise with central planning team for inter-hub interventions during peak time (shift extensions, cross product fungibility)
Basis the simulator, identify risks to SLA constraints and suggest preventive actions
Ensure TAT, productivity and processing cost/file targets are met by the teams

Secondary Responsibilities

Liaise with the central planning team to train the hub teams and drive adoption for digital builds

Key Success Metrics

Measurable: TAT and Productivity improvement, Ensure processing cost per file is as per targetQualitative: Efficiency in daily shift planning, ensure adherence to SLAs
