Analyst-Hub Operations

As an Analyst - Hub Monitoring in the Retail Assets department, your primary responsibilities will include: - Monitoring real-time dashboards, alerts, and triggers for bottlenecks within pods such as shifts and movement of queues. - Taking proactive actions to resolve bottlenecks and facilitate agile decision-making. - Planning hub-level shifts by executing interactive simulation models and implementing daily recommendations based on the simulator. - Managing manual interventions required at hub/pod levels in coordination with the Hub manager. - Coordinating with the central planning team for inter-hub interventions during peak times, such as shift extensions and cross-product fungibility. - Identifying risks to SLA constraints based on the simulator and recommending preventive actions. - Ensuring that teams meet targets related to Turnaround Time (TAT), productivity, and processing cost/file. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be responsible for: - Collaborating with the central planning team to train hub teams and drive adoption for digital builds. Key Success Metrics for this role include: Measurable: - Improvement in TAT and Productivity. - Ensuring that processing cost per file aligns with the target. Qualitative: - Efficiency in daily shift planning. - Ensuring adherence to SLAs. Qualification Required: - Graduation - 2-3 years of experience,
