Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Order-Purchase Order Support, your role will involve managing customer orders and creating Sales Order-Purchase Orders (SOPO). You will collaborate with the Sales team, inventory team, and Planning team to analyze business requirements and place orders accordingly. Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer complaints and creating standard reports on Open Orders, closed orders, and Inventory availability using SAP. Your responsibilities will also include addressing issues with sales and purchase orders to ensure smooth shipments and checking Import/Export custom documents for North America shipments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer orders and create Sales Order-Purchase Orders (SOPO) - Collaborate with Sales, inventory, and Planning teams to analyze business requirements - Resolve customer complaints and create standard reports on Open Orders, closed orders, and Inventory availability using SAP - Address issues with sales and purchase orders to ensure smooth shipments - Check Import/Export custom documents for North America shipments Qualifications Required: - Strong English communication skills - Knowledge of Logistics/EXIM - Ability to work in a Global region shift based on country time zones Additional Details: In the EXIM domain, you will be responsible for managing documentation retention for all commercial documents related to North America shipments. This will involve following up for missing documents from vendors to prevent logistics delays, managing Goods Receipt of 3rd party invoices in SAP, verifying commercial invoices as per US Customs entries, and overseeing Export Planning & operation. In Customer Services, you will support Sales by managing customer orders, creating documents, planning and executing logistics, tracking shipments, managing returns, creating Sales Contracts, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, tracking shipments, and informing customers about sales orders. Furthermore, you will assist Key Account Managers in allocating shortage material, creating dispatches, and generating standard reports on Inventory and open order status. In the Toller function, you will handle shipment transactions such as Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Production posting, Bill of Lading (BOL) creation, PGI & PGR for stock, and analyzing stock inputs from UPL NAM warehouse and third parties for processing transactions in SAP.,
