Apply advanced skills to evaluate and present timely experience reports that assess client financial status, including tracking expenses, funding levels, and rates by Employee Benefit Plans. Present these insights to account management teams and clients as needed.

Analyze financial and performance data to generate accurate forecasts, support rate negotiations, and develop customized client reports that highlight key trends and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Appropriately estimate reserves for Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) claim liabilities, enabling clients to allocate appropriate funds for claims incurred during the policy period but not yet reported. Ensure these estimates align with actuarial standards and support financial stability.

Ensure that all analysis is logical and comprehensive. Interpret results beyond the numbers to assess whether outputs make sense in the context of client goals.

Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling approaches to ensure accuracy and reliability in all analyses.

Demonstrate initiative in domain learning by reviewing deliverables critically, identifying improvement areas, and contributing to team discussions and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with account management and cross-functional teams to support renewal strategies that align with client objectives, using data insights to inform negotiations and ensure smooth execution. Serve as a key point of contact by addressing underwriting queries and contributing to client meetings with tailored financial recommendations.

Demonstrate competence with collection of required data and materials needed for the successful completion of various projects with minimal supervision.

Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks efficiently and delivering high-quality outputs within quick turnaround times.

  • Applied Statistics (Intermediate Level)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & VBA
  • Experience in US Health Insurance or Group Insurance or Indian Health Insurance
  • Domain knowledge in Insurance / Re-Insurance
  • Excellent analytical skills
