Analyst

As a Senior Analyst at Exbo Group/Kena International, you will have the opportunity to become an integral member of the transaction services team. You will play a crucial role in all stages of the acquisition diligence transaction lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assessing the target's earnings and cash-flow quality - Analyzing the quality of assets and liabilities being acquired or assumed - Evaluating and projecting the quality of working capital at the time of deal close - Reclassifying key accounts to restate financials on a U.S. GAAP basis - Proactively pursuing business issues impacting the general ledger and communicating solutions to the client - Providing written summary analysis and QoE around critical success factors Key Qualifications: - CA/CPA - 1.5-3 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance/financial due diligence - Deep understanding of the 3 core financial statements and key journal entries - Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and presentation - Willingness to learn software and technology like Google Scripts, VBA, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Entrepreneurial mindset - Enjoy working with a diverse set of growing companies This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model that balances remote work with in-person collaboration from New York City.
