Analyst - Employee Services

PUPROPSE OF THE ROLE

The Analyst is responsible for performing monthly Audits allocated to Him/her basis the compliance policies, report out the non-compliances and complete the operational activities as per the defined timelines

ROLES RESPONIBILITIES

• Complete the Assigned audits n Appzen Concur within the timeline and report out the non-compliances to the stakeholders
• Ensure that i-docs / Accruals / Cash advance Report generation are completed as per the timelines defined
• Support on Clearing E-vendor open items for SPA on requirement basis
• To demonstrate Problem Solving Skills while addressing critical issues within the process
• Respond to the queries within the TAT agreed
• To have an eye for details in identifying gaps in compliance process
• Support wide initiatives with active participation
• Work on the QC feedback highlighted by the Sr Auditor/SME/Lead

• Regional Finance Team

• Vendors
• Mobility operations (Experts, TLs)
• Regionalized caretakers Local caretakers across the regions
• Country

WHO YOU ARE:

• B. Com/MBA Finance or any Accounting Degree
• 0-2 years of experience
• Attention to details
• Good Knowledge of MS Office- Excel and Power point
• Should be good in accounting
• Knowledge of any Foreign Language would be an added advantage
• Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
