Role & responsibilities

Candidates capable of preparing CMA.
Candidates can prepare high-value loan proposals.
Transaction Support & Execution

Assist in preparing pitch books, information memorandums, and credit proposals.
Develop and update financial models for debt structuring and appraisal.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth deal closure
.

Client & Lender Coordination

Support relationship managers in client and lender interactions.
Track and follow up on documentation, compliance and due diligence requirements.
Assist in preparing client presentations and lender discussions.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct research on companies, industries, and financial products.
Prepare market intelligence reports on banking, NBFCs, and capital markets.

Team Contribution

Maintain MIS, transaction trackers, and deal pipeline reports.
Provide analytical and operational support on senior team members.
