Job Description

The incumbent would be part of the Commercial Data Science & Model Integration team reporting into the Manager - Commercial Collections and Credit Data Science, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the Commercial Collections and Credit Data science practices to drive model usage and tackle business opportunities through model enhancements Innovate modeling techniques and variable creation Incorporate new data intelligence from consumer, commercial bureau & internal datasets into commercial credit risk models Conduct AI/ML research to explore opportunities in order to elevate model excellence and drive business impact Review customer cases to identify new model/variable opportunities Minimum Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning or related fields Post Graduate Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Engineering/Management from Top Tier Institutes Functional Skills/Capabilities Proficiency & experience in econometric, statistical, analytical and ML techniques Proficiency in ML languages (Python; PySpark) and SQL/Hive Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiative We back you with benefits that support your holistic we'll-being so you can be and deliver your best.
