The Data Analytics, Analyst professional plays a crucial role in supporting the explosive growth of Salesforce. This hybrid role combines aspects of strategic planning, sales strategy, business operations, reporting, and analysis, involving market analysis, account optimization, and business operational support. As part of a high-performance team with diverse backgrounds, success in this role entails aiding the Renewals team in driving Salesforce's continued success and growth. Projects vary from strategic evaluations to operational tasks such as growth opportunities assessment, business planning, customer segmentation, dashboard creation, process automation, and key performance metrics review. Key responsibilities include delivering recommendations and insights to support senior stakeholders in managing their KPIs, understanding the underlying data architecture of the Renewals business for reporting and forecasting, optimizing financial performance drivers, and assisting in developing presentations for senior executives. The role involves creating detailed analytic models, custom performance analysis, scalable reporting, and presenting findings to Salesforce executives. Interaction with various organizational areas and exposure to senior executives are integral parts of the role, requiring relentless curiosity, a passion for innovative analysis, and the ability to extract insights from data to drive action. Desired Skills/Experience: - 2+ years of management consulting and/or business analytics experience - Self-starter with high motivation and willingness to exceed expectations - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university; MBA preferred - Proficiency in quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning - Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools, SQL, CRM, and data management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Team player with leadership abilities and effective communication at all organizational levels to influence consensus - Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and quick learner of new concepts, business models, and technologies.,
