As an Analyst - CRM - Sales Development at KONE, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: You will be responsible for Sales/Business Development, ONTHEGO development, and various strategic tasks related to logins and processing. Your key focus areas will include increased follow-ups with branches, particularly concerning CRM and Data quality. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in Sales Power program and Cut Carbon - Sustainability actions. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you create and analyze reports for presentation to Front Line/Top Management, facilitating quick decision-making. Furthermore, you will work closely with the frontline team on CRM and product information, train the sales team, and create dashboards for easy understanding of weak/strong areas. - Conduct sales and business development activities - Undertake ONTHEGO development and other strategic tasks - Handle logins and processing tasks involving NBS/MOD/SEB - Increase follow-ups with branches, particularly in CRM and Data quality - Manage responsibilities related to Sales Power program and Cut Carbon - Sustainability actions - Create and analyze reports for presentation to Front Line/Top Management - Analyze performance data to facilitate quick decision-making - Analyze reports from CRM, understand gaps, and present findings - Assist the Frontline team on CRM and product information - Utilize sales tools to enable frontline sales - Train the sales team on products, market trends, and sales processes - Create dashboards for easy understanding of areas needing improvement - Develop dashboards for follow-up actions on NBS Sales - Drive new initiatives and processes, ensuring frontline compliance - Provide analyzed data to the Management Team for strategy formation and implementation - Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments - Engineering/M.B.A. background - Minimum 2 to 4 years of sales experience (preferably from the elevator industry) - Good understanding of market trends in sales and marketing - Target-oriented and self-driven sales professional - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) At KONE, you will have the opportunity for career progression and development within a global organization.
