Analyst Corporate Access

Role Overview: You are applying for a Corporate Access role with a leading client in the Capital Markets domain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Research Analysts, Sales, and Event teams to deliver high-quality client engagement in the Sell Side Equity Research ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Corporate Access events including Analyst marketing, conferences, and client roadshows. - Partner with Research Analysts and Sales teams to coordinate client interactions and ensure seamless execution. - Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, BTS, or equivalent) to manage schedules, track participation, and maintain engagement data. - Prepare pre-event materials such as Analyst bios, sector coverage, stock information, and outreach notes. - Ensure timely communication of upcoming events to clients and publish forward calendars. - Post-event, prepare and share detailed summaries, including client feedback and engagement metrics. - Collaborate with Event Managers and internal stakeholders to handle logistics and ensure smooth delivery. - Drive process efficiency through automation and advanced use of tools (Excel, VBA, SQL, Python preferred). Qualifications & Skills: - 5+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Sales Enablement, or Client Management (preferably in Equity Research/Capital Markets). - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders. - Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and CRM platforms. - Exposure to Python, Excel VBA, and AI tools for process optimization is an advantage. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
