The Analyst: Control Management will -
- Act as sample management resource and will extract or export staff roster from various sources assisting inventory uploads for RBST and PBST programs
- Reconcile samples uploaded against those monitored on testing platform by extracting information from cornerstone and produce periodic reporting highlighting key insights
- Collaborate with frontline teams by preparing and sharing vacant sample reporting and resolve/manage disputes raised by team leaders
- Drive and deliver Regulatory/Governance reports for Testing, Compliance & Operations/Frontline teams using big data platforms (LUMI, Cornerstone), SAS/SQL, Python etc
- Work closely with program intake/management, business, testing and compliance teams to ensure reporting requirements are met across all functions and markets
- Analyze and create visualizations using Tableau, MS Excel etc
- Timely and accurate response for audit and regulatory requests
- Work to improve current processes via automation opportunities to create efficiencies
- Participate along with global teams evaluating processes and making suggestions for process and system improvements through knowledge and information sharing sessions with peers across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/masters degree in a quantitative field preferred (eg, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or MBA, advance degree preferred
- Strong programming/analytic skills are required (SQL, R, PYTHON, HIVE etc)
- Working experience in reporting (ie data visualization, Tableau, PowerBI, MS Excel)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
- Experience and proven record of statistical analysis and experience in statistical modeling techniques (eg, regression, cluster analysis, segmentation) and analytics/Econometrics to effectively solve complex business problems
- Experience working with large datasets, ODL, identifying ingestion issues and proactively collaborating to resolve data related issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Ability to compile and communicate complex data analysis
- Desire to innovate and work on challenging projects and ability to adapt to dynamically changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to articulate business problems and implement solutions

- GS knowledge and expertise
- Experience working with large datasets and machine learning algorithms to develop best in class predictive modeling (including neural networks)
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvements
- Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects, and work effectively in a team environment.
