Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily reviews of alerts triggered for Market Abuse modules within the Surveillance tool. - Research and document detailed notes on resolutions related to Portfolio managers' trading activities. - Review Best execution activities, meeting logs, and perform ecomm surveillance to identify potential conflicts of interest. - Prepare documentation to support reviews and demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements. - Assist in ongoing reviews of processes and procedures to ensure best practices. - Support compliance-related projects and initiatives, including ad-hoc requirements. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Financial products and the Mutual fund industry. - Experience with Trade surveillance platforms & tools. - Understanding of trading principles and fundamentals. - Good analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues in different time zones. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and open to flexible working hours. - Familiarity with trading systems and compliance components such as Charles River, Bloomberg & Aladdin preferred. - Knowledge of MS Power BI and Tableau would be an added advantage.
