Global Client Account Management (CAM)Support

Global Client Account Management Support Professional

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Primary Client Account Managers (CAMs) in delivering a world-class client experience and managing client expectations.
  • Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Specialists, Cash Management, Guideline Management, and other teams as required.
  • Process and coordinate account maintece requests, including cash flows, account opening, reporting setup, fee invoice setup, guideline setup, and exclusion list maintece.
  • Maintain and enhance all aspects of client experience, ensuring tasks are executed in line with regional procedures and quality controls.
  • Serve as a key contact for administrative, operational, and general servicing issues for CAMs globally.
  • Maintain accurate client records and static data.
  • Extract documents or system data to support internal control testing requests.
  • Document and review procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide periodic status, control, and KPI reports for conducted work.
  • Escalate unclear requests, issues, and errors in a timely manner.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in Asset Management or Asset Servicing in client services roles within custody or investment banking.
  • Understanding of asset management business, asset classes, and investment products.
  • Strong ficial market awareness and grasp of basic ficial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), especially in client-facing situations.
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Awareness of business risk and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong numerical and quantitative skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in client-facing roles within asset management or investment banking.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with local and global teams, as well as independently.
  • Sensitivity to different cultures and working styles.
