Analyst, CBS HR Services

As an Analyst, CBS HR Services at Colgate-Palmolive Company, your role involves planning and executing the global EOHS and product sustainability strategy. This includes ensuring compliance of products in selling countries, meeting retailers" and customers" requirements, supporting ingredient transparency initiatives, and maintaining toxicological data for ingredients used. Your responsibilities will include providing customer service for HR inquiries through chat and online forms while adhering to data privacy policies. You will also support vendor management tasks such as agreement management, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and contract renewals. Additionally, you will handle personnel administration tasks like managing employee data updates, termination processes, leave of absence, and issuing employee letters. It will be your responsibility to establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, suggesting updates to content, and collaborate with leaders to align on knowledge management efforts and share standard processes. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and/or Shared Services Center, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Experience with HR and/or shared services technology functionality like case management, knowledge management, and Success Factor will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications for this position include exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes, employee benefits, and statutory regulations.
