Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will play a key role in translating client objectives and requirements into winning solution concepts for specific deals. Your responsibilities will include developing optimal outsourcing solutions, maintaining a high win rate on pursuits, and leveraging the organization's portfolio of offers to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will participate in strategic initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of proposals and contribute to the team's collective capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Translate client objectives and requirements in RFPs into winning solution concepts - Develop optimum outsourcing solutions including Governance structure, delivery model, staffing, service location, and more - Maintain a win plus down selection rate of 60% on pursuits - Understand the competitive landscape and tailor solutions accordingly - Participate in strategic initiatives to industrialize the solutions process - Provide domain knowledge and nurture domain capability within the team - Maintain high utilization rate on pursuits throughout the year - Contribute to the team through knowledge sharing sessions Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in presales roles on RFP and RFI responses - Excellent interpersonal skills for leading discussions with stakeholders - Exposure to the complete lifecycle of solutioning, transition, steady state, and optimization - Good understanding of AM Estimation, pricing methods, and commercial aspects - Strong team orientation and leadership qualities - Excellent verbal and writing skills - Demonstrated thought leadership in external forums - Willingness to travel at short notice Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, focusing on accelerating organizations" transition to a digital and sustainable world.
