You will be responsible for supporting sales executives with solution selling into the prospect account base. You will partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles. It will be your duty to model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity and successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions. You will create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition. Additionally, you will manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses and effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. Your role will also involve collecting and documenting competitive intelligence. As a Sales Engineer, you should have proven work experience and a track record of selling complex enterprise solutions. You must possess the ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. A solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation and creativity skills, are required for this role. A willingness to travel is also expected.
