As a Pre-Sales Engineer at JISA Softech in Pune, you will be a crucial part of the sales cycle, where your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, develop persuasive proposals, and deliver impactful presentations. You will craft compelling client presentations to showcase JISA Softech's solutions and value proposition, provide product demonstrations, and assess deal viability and profitability through commercial simulations. Moreover, you will maintain a repository of information for RFPs and RFIs, collaborate with internal teams to develop optimal solutions for clients, and prepare pricing sheets based on received requirements. You will also be involved in partner coordination for existing opportunities, resolving technical queries, conducting client visits if necessary, and staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer or related position, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and relevant solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences. You should have proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines, creating technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, conducting commercial simulations, and implementing pricing strategies. You will be responsible for supporting sales executives with solution selling into the prospect account base. You will partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles. It will be your duty to model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity and successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions. You will create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition. Additionally, you will manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses and effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. Your role will also involve collecting and documenting competitive intelligence. As a Sales Engineer, you should have proven work experience and a track record of selling complex enterprise solutions. You must possess the ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. A solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation and creativity skills, are required for this role. A willingness to travel is also expected.
