Job Description

We are looking for immediate Joiners for AMS L1 Support

Exp- 2-6Years

Job Overview:

Technically competent resource with experience in wide range integration platforms.
Strong technical knowledge in Oracle 12c SOA Suite and ODI .
Basic knowledge of SQL and Web Methods 9x is an added advantage.
Good knowledge in Unix, Shell Scripting, Complex SQL, Excel chart preparation and PPT creation.
Good communication skill. Should be flexible in working in 24/7 working shift.
Should have prior exposure in working support project.
Should have basic understanding of Incident management, problem management, change management.
Experience in tools like Service Now is an added advantage.
Proficient in data analysis, Excel chart preparation, and creating compelling PowerPoint presentations.
Ensure proper documentation and audit-readiness of all ticket activity.
Suggest updates to SOPs and knowledge base articles when needed
