Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce analytics.
  • Develop and implement multi-level recruitment strategies.
  • Align talent acquisition plans with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor recruitment teams across functions and geographies.
  • Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a candidate-centric and data-driven recruitment culture.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Oversight

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job design, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring across all business units.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Drive employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure consistent and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey..
  • Technology & Analytics

  • Optimize ATS and HRIS platforms for efficiency and compliance.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics to improve sourcing and selection.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business heads, HRBPs, and hiring managers to refine role requirements.
  • Align recruitment priorities with business objectives and talent gaps.
  • Facilitate cross-functional hiring strategies and succession planning.
  • Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws, DEI policies, and internal guidelines.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party recruitment partners.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Masters in HR / Business Administration preferred.
  • 8–15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale hiring and strategic initiatives.
